Thank you for your visiting. We are sorry to know you feel rushed. Indeed we had busy scheduled yesterday. Due to the customer before you got bit delay, therefore your treatment also got delay. We sincerely apologise for that!

However we would not missing any treatment time from customer, if your treatment started bit later then therapist had extended your treatment time as well. We do have camera outside the room to monitor all treatment time begins and finish.

We will definitely learn from your feedback and make sure our therapist communicate better with customer in the future.Again thank you for your time!
