We checked into our system and talked with two therapists, one of the therapist who massaged you cannot speak or understand DUTCH. She is just two months in the Netherlands. And the other therapist tried to help her to understand your need which they communicated few sentence during the treatment. We work with 15 therapists in total, if you have your prefer therapists, we will always happy to reserve for you in advance.

Dear Daniel, thank you for your feedback. It is pity to read your bad experience. We understand massage is very personally experience, obviously you did not like the therapist who massaged you. We work with 15 therapists and each of them got well massage education background and license to do this job. We always suggest customer if you truly think you are wast you time, we appreciate you to stop the treatment right way then we could apply refund through treatwell for you. We talked with the Therapist, she did not recall any negative feedback from you during or after the treatment. We respect your opinion and neither can we compare ourselves to 5 star hotel facility within 63 euro / 60mins relax massage spending. we wish you all the best!
