The massage was really good, you could notice that the masseuse adjusted her techniques to your body on the go, which felt very professional.

Before the massage we had a phone call in which we were asked to reschedule the appointment. We could not do it, and it was not clear why the appointment had to be rescheduled. Fortunately they were able to resolve the problem that they had.

We did think the host that received us could have been more attentive. She was a bit too much on her phone.

Het was erg ontspannen. Helemaal lekker! Klein minpuntje; er hing een beetje een muffe geur rondom het gat van de massage tafel.

Unfortunately my experience was poor. Instead of a relaxing massage I got Thai massage with very high pressure. Despite saying this to the masseuse the massage continued in the same way. As an outcome I had back pain and sore mussels for a week and my neck felt even stiffer than before. What strikes me the most is the response from the salon and the quality check on Treatwell side. There was no acknowledgement on the fault of the massage and an endless back and forth asking for medical proof

Dear Desislava,

It is so frustrated that we need read this unrealistic feedback. We indeed received the message from treatwell one week ago regarding to your treatment. We are sorry for your bad feelings. However, treat well and us both busy to solve your complain for more than one week. Neither of us think we should refund on your case.

We double check with our front desk and our lobby camera. We did not get any complain from you after the treatment. Neither did our therapist get any complain during the treatment. We highly suggest customer request refund or stop the treatment right way if you think we did not reach your satisfaction. Hardly could we support your complain 3 days after the treatment. And stalking both us and treat well doesn’t change the fact.

You wrote in your complain email :

“In any case the massuse should know what she is doing to avoid causing pain even if the client doesn’t communicate, as she is a professional. ”

For this point, we have to say, we are therapist, we are not mind reader. And you have 60mins long to stop unsatisfying treatment in any minute. You have all your rights to get treatwell involved as third party, as long as your payment is made on treatwell not from glowwell booking system. We will full corporate with treatwell if they think this is a case to refund.
