We work with 15 therapists and each of them got well massage education background and license to do this job. We always suggest customer if you truly think you are wast you time, we appreciate you to stop the treatment right way then we could apply refund through treatwell for you. We talked with the Therapist, she did not recall any negative feedback from you during or after the treatment. We respect your opinion and neither can we compare ourselves to 5 star hotel facility within 63 euro / 60mins relax massage spending. we wish you all the best!
