Dear SONIA, thank you for your visiting and we are sorry for reaching your high stander. in September with in room temperature of 21 degree, we still did not turn on the heater. however each massage bed is with warm blanket system. if you feel cold you are always welcome to tell our therapist to give your extra blanket or turn on the warm function of the bed. thank you !
