The entire venue is a welcomed surprise to the usual cramped offerings you find in Amsterdam. The staff is beyond professional and they offer you an abundance of choice (down to the oils). Complimentary beverages are offered too. The room itself was very spacious and they took the care and time to design it in a soothing way that added to the experience. One tiny thing I can nitpick was that the cover on the bed had a faint smell like it hadn't been washed (lingering oils from someone else?).
